Do I own everything start. creates?
Yes. Your brand files, website and every account are yours, in your name and paid on your card. We only keep access while we’re working with you.
What will it cost to run each month?
As a rough estimate, around €10–20 a month for Foundation, and €20–45 with Payments added, depending on your choices for hosting, email and invoicing. We confirm the actual costs with you before we start.
How long does it take?
As an estimate, Foundation usually takes three to four weeks, and each add-on one to two more, depending on feedback rounds and getting the access we need from you. We confirm timings when we agree the plan.
I already have a logo or website. Can you work with it?
Yes. We keep what’s worth keeping and rework what isn’t, rather than starting again for the sake of it.
Do you do my accounting?
No. We set up certified invoicing and payments and hand them to your accountant. If you don’t have one, we can recommend one.
Why not just get a cheap website?
You can, and for some businesses it’s enough. But if people are deciding whether to trust you with their money, how you look is part of the answer. We build for that.
Is run. a virtual assistant?
Not quite. Virtual assistants complete individual tasks. We take responsibility for defined processes and ongoing operations, with human oversight.
Can you help with something not listed?
Yes. We don’t limit ourselves to a fixed list. Tell us what you need and we’ll assess whether we can take it on.
Can I change my level of support?
Yes. We review your requirements as your business changes.
Do I need to be technical for flow.?
